Prior to its official launch at Labelexpo Europe, Prati has sold a Digifast One to Nuceria Group, which will help the company handle its requirements for high-performance digital finishing. Nuceria Group is a leader in the production of adhesive labels and has opted to invest in the equipment in order to increase process speeds, reduce setups times and eliminate waste.

At Labelexpo Europe, the Nuceria Group has the chance to consolidate its leadership by acquiring the Digifast One. “Prati has always been our principal partner for finishing equipment,” says Guido Iannone, general manager, Nuceria Group. “We have been working together for years and to date we have 15 inspection and finishing machines installed. We have no doubts as to how the Digifast One will stay true to Prati’s ability to offer high-performance finishing equipment, optimum productivity, time-savings and reduced waste.”

The Digifast One operates at speeds of up to 80 mpm, and it takes just over eight minutes to complete the set up due to smart design features and intuitive controls. There are also no more than 18 meters of waste.
